•Is shipping really free? Yes, no matter what you order, shipping is always free for regular UPS ground... if you want faster delivery you may indicate that at time of checkout for second day or next day deliver (extra). Please note, next day or second day shipping counts from the time that you order is ready to ship.

•How fast do you ship orders? We carry a large inventory in stock. Most orders ship within 2-3 days. For imprinted albums please add 3 to 5 days.

•What is your return policy? We inspect all product prior to shipping, however, in case that your product is deffective, or if you find any problems with your new album, please contact us within 2 business days from the delivery date. We stand behind our product, therefore, our staff will replace any deffective or any order wrongly processed. For any non-imprinted and non-custom albums, we have a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEED POLICY. There are no refunds for custom imprinted albums, special orders, bulk orders or any other custom product... exchange only when deffective (within 30 days). Please note that in the event that the product is damaged during shipping, a separate claim must be made with our shipping carrier, our representatives will help you wih the process.

•Do you sell Gift Certificates? Yes, and our Gift Certificates can be used towards any purchase from any of our album websites, including design services.
